Do you offer a warranty on your lacrosse shafts?

Yes, we offer a 6-month limited warranty on our Carbon fiber shafts. If your shaft breaks during normal play, please fill out our warranty claim form to initiate a replacement.

What is the return policy for custom strung heads?

Because custom heads are strung to your specific preferences, they are generally non-returnable. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team immediately.
